How we got started
FiA Katy West was founded in 2022 by four women inspired to bring fitness, fun and faith in community to the women of our local Katy area.
We are a proud member of FiA Nation with over 6,000 women coming together every day, across 24 states sharing workouts, friendship and more.
What we do
FiA is a community of women dedicated to making each other stronger in all areas of our lives through activities that include bodies, minds, and hearts.
We meet at multiple locations in the Katy area with fitness activities building strength and fostering growth as a community.
Our members
FiA is open to all women 18+, always free, held outdoors rain or shine, and ends with a circle of trust.
